SaaS and product-led teams with a self-serve trial where too few of the people who start it end up paying. Usually the problem sits on the path from first login to first result, or at a checkout where the price changes at the last step. When the gap is an AI workflow rather than a screen, I prototype that too.
With a teardown of your trial. I sign up as a buyer, find where people drop off, and show you the leaks costing the most paying customers. Then I design and build the fix, ship it with your engineers, and we read the result together. The free teardown is the same first step, smaller.
One number: more of the people who start the trial end up paying for it. Not sign-ups, not clicks, not a prettier screen. We agree the starting point before I change anything.
Usually booked 2–4 weeks out. On a deadline? Say so in your email. I'll tell you straight if the timing works. I reply within two business days.
Always. Async or live, any timezone. You work with me directly, and I work directly with your product and engineering team.
Depends on how much of the trial we touch and how long you need me. After we talk, I'll send a proposal with deliverables and cost. Happy to work within a budget if we're aligned.
When sales runs every deal and there is no self-serve path, when the trial is still an idea, or when you want visuals with no number attached. Same for "add AI" with no problem to solve: sometimes the fix is a shorter path, not a model.
